Our client is a high-performing global proprietary trading firm is hiring Quant Traders, Quant Researchers and Junior Quant Researchers across its growing desks, covering high-frequency and systematic strategies in digital asset markets.

Responsible

• • Research, develop, and execute quantitative strategies across centralized and decentralized markets
  • Collaborate with engineers and researchers to optimize infrastructure and execution
  • Build proprietary models and tools to manage risk, improve alpha, and streamline operations
  • Analyze strategy performance and market behavior to iterate and improve continuously

Requirements

• • Experience in trading (crypto or traditional) with strong quantitative focus
  • High frequency trading experience is a must.
  • Understanding of market microstructure, execution logic, and position management
  • Strong programming skills (Python, C++, etc.)
  • Data-driven decision-maker with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments
