The Board of Directors seeks a dynamic, community-centered CEO to lead the Boys and Girls Clubs of the San Gorgonio Pass into its next phase of growth and organizational strengthening.
With approximately $3 million in annual revenue, strong public funding through school district partnerships and grants, and an experienced senior leadership team in place (COO, Finance, HR), the organization is well-positioned for thoughtful expansion and operational refinement.
The next CEO will:
Set and execute a clear strategic vision
Strengthen infrastructure, systems, and accountability
Expand private philanthropy and corporate support
Elevate program quality and measurable outcomes
Serve as the visible ambassador across Banning, Beaumont, and the greater San Gorgonio Pass region
BGCSGP is an affiliate of Boys & Girls Clubs of America, advancing three priority outcomes: Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles.
54% of Club alumni report that the Club “saved their life.” The next CEO will steward and expand this life-changing mission.
The work is visible. The impact is measurable. The community need is real.
Join the Boys and Girls Clubs of the San Gorgonio Pass.
